1) Our first guarantee is that during the first year after
your trees are field-planted in our plantations, we will replant or replace, at no cost or
charge to you, any tree that for any reason is not growing properly and of good
form.
2) Our second guarantee is that if you visit our plantations
any time within two years after your trees are planted and for any reason you are not
satisfied with the condition of any of your trees, we will, at our option, replant or
replace the trees you are unhappy with or promptly refund a proportionate part of your
money.
3) Our third guarantee is that we will delay deducting our
care and management fee from the proceeds of the harvest of your trees until you first
receive all of your money back. We don't get paid until you do.
